Powerline Road Lawsuit update:

On May 21st there was an additional hearing with the District Court regarding:

1) Attorney's fees to be awarded to Dearborn LOA, the reasonableness and the amount of fees to be awarded.

2) Dearborn LOA asked the court to enforce the court order as JRN has not removed obstructions on the roadway and has installed fencing restricting the road.  There was testimony and exhibits submitted along with attorney briefs that been filed with the court.   Once there is a ruling from the court on these issues we will post those results.

The court ruling on the lawsuit can be found in the Association Documents tab, under Powerline Rd Lawsuit.  It is a very informative document and well worth the time to read.

Landowners Dues:

Dues are $100 per lot.  Please make every effort to pay your fees in a timely manner.  The roads are in rough shape after the last few weeks of snow and rain and in need of maintenance.  The grader is undergoing control box repairs and we hope to have it repaired soon.   Directions for submitting your dues are on the tab labelled DUES.

The annual Spring meeting has been canceled due to the COVID 19 safety requirements.  The Association board will be sending out a letter once an updated mailing list has been compiled.

Thank you to all the landowners who have so generously supported the legal fund and the Association's efforts in defending our roadway system.
